regional telephone recruitment followed by an in person, on the site interview with regional management and review of skills, expectations, possible plan for advancement, then on site working interview of potential hospital locations with free access to all personnel for questions and over view of work flow

There are 2 rounds, one with recruiter and the other with the area chief of staff. they are pretty easy taking, and the interview went really well. its not very difficult.
