Very simple and easy questions. Phone interview went in person to the home and had a in person interview with the manager of the house. Told me about my job duties and what was expected of me

Informal virtual interview with residential and program managers. Q&A behavioral interview lasting about 45 minutes. Lots of time to ask questions about the company, ask about role demands, etc. Overall great experience.

Awesome fast and straight to the point very things have to be done and you have to be able to get the right things done. If your a good person and you’re willing to work hard and help others you will be the perfect candidate.

Are you sure you will be able to accommodate the needs of our clients?
The process took about a month. Had to wait for the physical and background to come back. The process isn't as long as before due to Covid. your able to start now as long as you keep your fingerprint appt.
