You get a phone call form their HR rep, who asks you some general questions and conducts the pre-screen. Once that is done, they send you a skills tests (Excel, GoToMeeting, scenario questions). Once that is over, you get an in-person/Skype interview and talk with a member of the implementation team or the customer service team. They ask general questions, strengths, witnesses, etc. They might go over the typical day of your position.
