Very shortly after applying I was invited to participate in a video interview via HireVue. I've done "one-way" video interviews in the past so this was not especially new to me. This interview lasted longer than others, but felt more interactive. You are asked to answer several STAR type questions, complete a typing speed/accuracy test, and to craft an email critiquing the audio of a real support call.
Invited to move forward, I then had a 30 min screening with HR/Talent Acquisition. This is mostly informative and didn't feel like an "interview" but more of a conversation to ensure a good fit for both parties. By the end of the call, we scheduled the next interview with managers from the customer support team. Lots of behavioral questions, but none that are meant to stump you. They are mostly customer service oriented questions. (I was anticipating some tech questions but didn't get many of those).
Lastly I was invited to a final interview with a senior manager. The questions were similar if not identical to some that I answered in the previous interview. This one felt more like a conversation as well. I heard back within one day and received an offer.
My advice to anyone who has started the interview process and really wants this job is to prepare well for your interview! Familiarize yourself with the STAR approach to interview questions, and be ready with scenarios to share. Be succinct in your answers. Communication in this particular role is huge, so being concise and accurate with your comments will go a long way. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and it truly seems like a great place to work with unmatched culture.
