I first sent in my resume online and was sent a HireVue application(this is basically a video interview so they can screen you). I was then told that I could come in for an in person interview to meet with Sara Stanley and Michelle Hansen, the SDR Managers at BambooHR. After that interview, I was able to meet with Doug McNiell, the Director of Sales, who answered a lot of my questions about the company and product. All interviews went well and there was minimal pressure. 4 days after the interviews, I was notified by email and a call that I had an offer. Vanessa Brulotte, the recruiter who worked with me through the hiring process, is a rockstar employee and was super helpful in taking me through the whole process and helping me feel comfortable.
