The interview rounds were fairly straightforward. Behavioral and cultural fit questions. Unfortunately, their system recruiting platform had a bug and I did not receive notification that I had made it to the panel round until the recruiter called me. I went through three rounds of interviews then did not hear back for a week. I followed up for fear of another missed communication and received a canned rejection email from the recruiting platform. I emailed the recruiter and hiring manager directly for some feedback on where I could close any skill gaps they saw and heard nothing back.
