They really do ghost you if you don't pass an interview, not even with an automated email, will just entirely ignore you. No feedback. Actually rude. Nothing else really to say...

First is just the phone screening with basic STAR and asking about expected compensation. Second is a more technical interview around probability and what skills are needed for day to day work. Would be stuff around probability around dice throws, etc. The connection was unfortunately quite poor which led to a bad interview in general. If they decide to not move on with your application, they ghost you as per what is said on here on glassdoor. Usually this can mean a bad culture so tread carefully.
