First thing is they dont have any time management. I went twice for 2 rounds of interview. Each time i had to wait for more than 1 hr. HR is completely useless and wont speak to you at all and keep you in complete dark about what is happening. And i applied for technical role but questions were asked looks like completely people management. Questions were complete generic like how do you mentor the juniors etc. Technically i found they are below average.

How do you mentor the juniors, how to create a deadlock, factory method, abstract factory related, thread free singleton creation etc. Technical was completely easy.
