Really well structure interview process. Initial telephone call, followed by an assessment centre and an interview that was more of a chat of career goals and personal development. Kept up to date of the outcome and an onboarding process was great.

I was quite nervous for the interview and assessment centre. However all the staff were extremely friendly, was an enjoyable day. Relaxed environment. Interview was supposed to be competency based. Some questions were asked. When I didn't know the answer they said not to worry and spoke about the training offered. Was more of a conversation than an interview.
