Passed recruiter screening, met with SVP of communications and marketing. Then had 2 follow up interviews with VP of marketing and SVP of communications and marketing. Everything seemingly went well. I was told about meeting with HR for next steps. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times and was ghosted. He finally reached back out on a 3rd attempt to find out what was happening and let me know he would be following up with the SVP. He never followed up. I tried reaching out and gave up. Terribly unprofessional on the team's part. If you don't want to move forward with a candidate, just let them know.
