The interviewer was out of it, head in the clouds. No interest, no follow-up questions from the beginning, just fake smiling the whole time and it was odd. Almost trying to find ways to NOT hire me or to suggest I am not qualified. "No experience with high voltage" OKAY, "Are you a citizen"...OKAY. "It requires HEAVY lifting". Working hard to discourage you from being interested in the role. "remember there is no up or down", "It is up to the management if they want to proceed with the interview". Red flags. Avoid AT ALL COSTS.
