I applied online and had a zoom video interview, which went well. The hiring manager promised to send me an e-mail or call about the results of the interview. The week after still no response.

The first call was an introductory call with the President of the company, Christian. Honestly, I felt that he was downplaying anything I have achieved. As well as coming off as women can't do anything. He sounded as though the company was handed to him and definitely doesn't know how to handle people. Sounded as though his head is so big and he's so important. Not a great way to attract good talent. I was interested in the job itself but if that's the President of the company I can't imagine who is underneath him. So I will not be doing the next step in the interview process which would be an assessment which he said is 45mins to an hour.
