Got a chance to talk to a recruiter at KU. This is a relatively unknown company in the Kansas City area so they were eager to chat. A couple of months later I got a call from Balance to set up a phone interview. These questions were basic stuff like what languages you know, how you got into computer science, etc. About a week later I received another call to set up an on-site interview in Lenexa. Overall this interview was pretty casual. One of the SVPs and the software engineer in charge of the internship program tag-team interviewed me. No coding problems; all behavioral questions and talking about past projects. Received an offer about a week later.
