The interview process is not very long. I was met by ms.Taylor at the Baltimore city office, and within the first 15 minutes I was placed on a computer to begin the PROCESS by answering a few questions and submitting my personal employment information such as the employment history and experiences that I had with various employment agencies that I had worked for previously. Also the most important thing was the 1:1 part of the interview which is extremely important for the potential employee to feel comfortable and personable to discuss any personal issues or barriers to gain employment with the confidence to be honest and complete the process to become gainfully employed.
