I applied for the role and was contacted randomly by phone by the recruiter several weeks later without scheduling an interview or time in advance. I was asked standard questions about my CV, salary and reasons for leaving. The recruiter seemed friendly and said to me she would be in touch by the end of the week or early following week. I waited over a week later and sent an email to find out what was happening with no response. I would not waste my time applying to this company as it seems they take far too long and don't really care about applicants. Can you imagine what it would be like to work there? To also wait over a month just to get a call from the recruiter is ridiculous.
