Phone screen, in-person interview, the standard. Multiple interviewers at once. Was not intimidating at all. Actually has pretty decent and average. I need a few more words, so here we are. thank you!

The process had two steps. First, I passed an initial screening that included a financial model and an essay. Then, I was invited to a final interview with a Director, which focused on my experience and general fit. it took about 1 month

1. Do you know what Baker Tilly does and what services we offer?
2. What is your weakness?
3. Ask about your experience
