I applied for their Digital Consultant role for post-grads. I had a 20-minute interview with a recruiter where she just ran through my resume and asked why I was interested in the role. She also asked for my GPA and had me send over unofficial transcripts. She was very nice, and it was conversational. She said I would hear back within two weeks, but I heard back within 1 business day that I was not moving on to the final round. She advised that the final round consists of two 30-minute behavioral interviews with department staff.

Behavioral and not that complicated. Asked me how I fit the job and past experiences. It felt like a conversation. Don’t respond like you are a robot and be natural
