A very simple interview of 4 questions and give an answer within 2 minutes for each in a row, asks situational questions (i.e. did you ever have a time when you needed to deliver something late) and also asks about what attracts you to the firm

If you get well prepared, it is not too hard. I got to the clerkship day, where there is first the group exercise. It was an M&A case, and allowed a short time to read and take notes, then discuss the questions in front of the interviewers (partners and senior associates). Not very technical but touches upon some law concepts and commercial news. Next is Q&A, everyone can ask the panel questions. Finally it is the written test, need to take the notes you have written from the group exercise and answer questions on the laptop they provided. Need to work under a limited time and at the end you need to write an executive summary in Chinese.
