The process took over 4 months. I had 4 steps of interview and the last 2 were very similar to the first 2. The first two stage were good and met great people but then some reorganization happened and the process started to go bad. I had to chase several times the recruiter to get a feedback but probably she didn't receive one herself. At the end of the process the feedback was unbelievable as she told me that I was not selected as was too qualified for the role...after 4 stages of interview! I would have expected a real feedback after all the months spent on this process!
