1 HR interview, very positive attitude and professional, they take notes of almost everything you say. One flow is we discussed compensation and salary, I mentioned the lowest I could accept as an offer, yet it seems to have no impact on the offer I was sent ( almost half of my lowest accepted salary and even lower than my current salary that I mentioned explicitly during the interview) the compensation itself might be very positive for other people, or people with less experince, but if I mention my least acceptable pay, and your budget is lower, we could stop there or at least let me know then we decide to carry on or not. 1 Technical interview was very friendly and relevant to the scope. Unlike almost every other review about them taking forever, the HR interview, technical interview and offer all were wrapped up within 2 weeks which was very nice, after that they still have to find you a sutiable client (which might take time) and till then you are not officaly hired so this is understandable.
