I spoke with a recruiter in a half-hour interview. The interview was conducted mostly in Portuguese, with a few questions in English. After going over my past experiences, I was presented with quizzes covering logic, reasoning and problem solving skills, as well as questions on how I would handle various remote workplace situations. After the interview was concluded, I was informed that my profile would be further assessed and matched up to opportunities with clients in their platform, which could take 2 to 4 weeks. For this reason, I wouldn't consider this a direct offer.
