The BairesDev Senior Frontend Developer interview process consists of multiple stages designed to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit. It begins with an initial HR screening where the recruiter discusses your experience, salary expectations, and work preferences while providing insights into the company’s culture and projects.

My interview may have been slightly different from the initial interview other candidates typically go through. In 2022, I worked at BairesDev, and now I’m reapplying in search of a new career opportunity with the company. Back in 2022, my interview focused on learning more about my professional experience, assessing my English level, and answering several logic questions. However, this time the process was a bit different. We updated my experience information on the platform, and I wasn’t asked any logic questions. Instead, they wanted to understand what kind of position I’m looking for, what motivated me to return, and other related topics.
