The interview lasted for about 40 minutes. The recruiter was very nice and on her 20's, which made me feel more at ease (because she would be able to empathize with me). She fact-checked about the background I had submitted, making sure all the infos were correct. After that, she proceeded to the main questions. She also introduced the company and its politics, values and ethic; also talked about flexible hours, some rules and remunaration. After it all, I had to do some tests regarding logic, maths and situational problems (what would I do in a specific cenario).
