Started the application process which was seven (7) assessments on their website. When I got to the second one, realized the questions were an absolute, ridiculous waste of time (they asked what some phrase in Swahili was in English and where certain coordinates were on a map) so I exited the assessment. A few days later a recruiter reaches out to me via personal email and asks me to please complete the assessments because there are many positions that I could be interested in and that in doing so, I would get an interview. I assumed that they would only do that if they had checked my resume and genuinely thought I would be a good fit somewhere. So went back to complete all the assessments and nobody ever got in touch with me ever again. No option to talk to anyone on the website.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized since the interviewer was professional and made me feel comfortable with his questions. I appreciated the clear communication throughout. It gave me a good impression of the company culture—friendly, yet professional and I had the opportunity to learn more about what the company offers.
