First of all they asked you to complete the registration on BairesDev Talent Management System. Then they'll ask you to complete the online assessment test. It consists of a series of multiple-choice tests where different knowledge and skills are measured. Time was short for this test.

The interview was conducted in English, and the conversation lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer had to meet this time strictly, so they might need to go faster through the questions.
Questions included experience with technologies, case-scenarios and some behavioral questions.

Te agendan una videollamada, agregan a un asistente de ia para supuestamente hacer un resume de la entrevista.las preguntas que te realizan no son relevantes con el puesto, parecen mas de índole personal, como si buscarán informacion especifica. La verdad preferí terminar la llamada.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
