      Applied on Linkedin and went through the process that everybody described: 4 hours of online tests of basic math, logic, situational and some tech related. It's quite a long test, but it's the company process, we can't argue with them because of that. If you want, you do it, if not, you don't. Pretty simple. After this round, went to the HR interview that went fine and then they sent me another case to solve in 40 minutes. It's also pretty simple, you can do it in 30 minutes if you have already read their website, which I have done before. There are 3 questions about the companies strengths, business model and so on. So, after about 6 hours invested on this selection process for a VICE PRESIDENT position, the recruiter told me that they were considering other positions and that they have some other sales roles in mind for me, without giving any specs. I requested the info and they sent me a job description with two titles: PRE SALES MANAGER and SALES EXECUTIVE. So, my process went from a Vice President position (farming, managerial) to a Sales position (executing and hunting; nothing against sales people) that had NOTHING to do with my skill set, seniority, compensation and other stuff. When I told the recruiter with this exact words: "How does the skill set and selection process go from a Vice President of Client Services that is strongly related to farming and a managerial position to Sales Executive that executes and hunts? I'm failing to get the logic on this." He went MIA (missing) and stopped answering my e-mails. Although they have every right to ask for the tests, run away from this company, they are absolutely disrespectful to not say worse.
