I never actually made it to an interview. I first was sent a boatload of tests to take with an estimated completion time of 156 minutes. I found it strange to be tested before I even knew anything about the position. What a commitment! Because of the number of tests and the amount of time required to complete them, it took me several days to have time. I kept getting follow up emails about my needing to complete them soon even after they were already done! I have no idea why this company screens this way. It's bizarre. And it's not clear how or why all of these tests apply especially as related to the job I was applying for. The tests were for logic, systems design (not sure how this applies to a sales analyst role), advanced IQ, Management - IT industry (again, why?), IT sales knowledge, situational questions, practical skills. The tests were SO poorly written. It's clear that they were written by a Spanish speaker who does not speak English. For many questions I had to guess what they were even asking. And at one point I had to write to them for assistance because the test started appearing in Spanish. I'm not sure if this place is legit. It was the most bizarre experience I've had while job hunting.

I applied for the position in which I received an email stating they had a lot of availability but needed me to complete a few tests before being contacted for next steps. I spent 4 hours on a Saturday completing timed tests. I checked my account a few days later, only to find more tests that would have taken me 4 more hours. I started to go through them only to feel extremely frustrated and used. I believe they use their candidates to test new interview tests and really do not have any plans to move you forward with an interview. I never heard anything. If I were to have completed the second round of 4 hour long tests, that would have been EIGHT HOURS and more than likely, received MORE tests on my account. Almost NONE of these tests were relevant to the position. It was a waste of time. There is no way are a good assessment of what kind of worker you will be. Even if they are used to test your problem solving abilities, some of these were meant for senior level positions for jobs I would never apply for even in 20 years. Is this some kind of a joke?! Sure, have candidates take a few tests, but over 8 hours is insane. Also, others have said they spend 3 hours with tests- why did I receive so many?! Was I your test rat?!
