Did an interview with Talent Acquisition specialist first, to go over the job and company. Was asked some questions about my background and overall fit for the role. This is the 1st round and takes around 3 weeks total before getting an offer.

Interviewer was super infomrative and polite. Enjoyed learning more about the role and the organization. We went over salary and variable income expectations, my experience, my current role, timing of a possible start date if offered and the hiring process.
