The process began with an outreach message from the recruiting team sharing details about the Senior ABM Specialist role. After expressing interest, I was invited to schedule an introductory conversation with Talent Acquisition to discuss my background in demand generation and ABM. I did some cultural fit tests and some online exams.

The interview process was very well conducted and organized. It included a clear structure, with a presentation and thoughtful questions, which made the experience easy to follow. I also appreciated the opportunity to answer some questions in my native language, which shows consideration for candidates. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
