The process moved very quickly and was very well conducted. First, I was contacted through LinkedIn, and then we scheduled a time to start a video call. During the interview, they confirmed my contact details and gave me more information about the position. After that, they asked me some questions in English related to the role. I answered eight questions in total — four logical reasoning questions and four behavioral questions. Finally, they explained what the next steps of the process would be.

The selection process was very good. It was clear, well-structured, and dynamic. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went, how respectful and transparent the communication was, and how professional the overall experience felt from start to finish.
