Interview process consisted of an initial phone screen that was focused on interest in Baird and the Midwest. Then a superday that was primarily behavioral, but included a couple interviews that were more technical in nature.

Submitted application with ~1 yr experience, a few days later received email to schedule interview, first round with VP all behavioral. Waiting for second round, just got scheduled with an associate.

Had an hour-long phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a panel of 3 bankers then an in-person interview with the same 3 people. Was fairly relaxed, seemed like they were desperate to hire someone.
