An HR representative called to set up an interview for a few days later. The phone interview consisted of typical interview questions; tell about yourself, previous experience, strengths and weaknesses. The interview was for an internship and the interviewer was an intern so there was some comfort in knowing the interviewer went through the same process.

The interview process was fairly simple. It was 3 interviews within a three-week period. One was with the recruiter. The second was with the branch managers. The third was with the Private wealth team.
