Two rounds of interviews, each consisting of 2 - 3 individual interviews. There may or may not be a separate "fit" interview. The first round interviews are pretty straight forward (no fit) -- profit = revenue - cost type questions, but the second round can be more tricky. But in either round, I found Bain's interviewers to be a lot more proactive in "leading" interviewee through brainstorming at the beginning of the case interview than any other consulting firms. In a few interviews, they simply asked "what should we do first" (instead of asking you to give them a full framework) or stopped me after I mentioned step 1 of my "framework" and said "good, let's do that"

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
