Entretien
Applied by sending an e-mail with a cover letter and CV to a friend. Offered an interview same day. First round with a partner which I thought went a bit rough and then with a manager which was pretty OK. I wasn't correct. Partner liked me, manager was not a fan. The cases were very similar to those found in most of the case books. While the first round is just cases fit needs to be woven in as this is were I stumbled. Found out next day, with feedback.

Question 1
You have a successful business in X country. You want to take this business to Y emerging market. How would you suggest the decision to invest be made and how would you execute the decision.
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
The interview was overall efficiently run and very professional. It had 2 stages; a case interview typical of management consuting interviews and a fit interview to assess cultural fit with the firm.
