Final round consisted of 3 interviews, 2 regular cases and 1 presentation case. Everyone was incredibly lovely and welcoming, but ultimately I did not get the role (was told I got 1 yes and 2 maybes and needed 2 yeses and 1 maybe). The feedback seemed inconsistent; my "Yes" interview had so many more negative aspects to improve on than one of my "Maybe"s where I was praised for perhaps a minute and then just given a few tiny critiques. I would've preferred not receiving specifics on how close I was.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
