Very disappointing interview process. The whole thing dragged on for almost 3 months, even though the role itself wasn’t senior or particularly complex. They made it feel like I was applying for a director-level position.
I went through 4 interviews, 3 of which had two interviewers at the same time — far too many managers involved, most of whom added no real value. On top of that, I had multiple video calls with HR, who kept asking irrelevant questions about my job search, the job market, and even other offers or about my free time ( why??) — none of which had anything to do with the actual role.
After all that back-and-forth, they finally told me (nearly 3 months later) that they had chosen someone else. When I asked for feedback, they had nothing of substance to say.
I will not apply for work here again. It’s a complete waste of people’s time and energy. Of course, they encourage you to apply for other positions, but that won’t work either — especially after I expressed my honest opinion about their lack of proper feedback and transparency.
Another disappointing experience. This company seems to have managers and senior managers everywhere, but it’s unclear what they actually do or how they improve the process. Most of them have been with the company for years, yet the interview experience is still outdated, disorganized, and frustrating.
It’s exhausting to see companies like this still operating in such a way — dragging candidates through unnecessary steps, wasting people’s time, and showing little to no respect throughout the process.
I left the process frustrated and with no intention of ever applying again. Candidates deserve far better than this and their time should be valued and respected!!
