Once the recruiter approves of you, you get granted an in person interview that lasts 2 hours with 4 different people. The 4 people usually consist of 2 managers and one senior, capped off with the final interview by the managing partner of the tax department. They all really seem to want to get to know you, who you are, and whether they want to work with you.

Series of four 30 minute interviews. I was asked a lot of situational interview questions. Overall a great experience. If you practice typical interview questions before going in you should be all set.
