There were 3 technical rounds plus initial HR meet where the position and type of work which I am applying for, was explained. First: Interview with direct supervisor - Technical Director from Mexico, asking on the experience and technicalities of previous job experience. The time duration was approx. 45 minutes(the interview was scheduled for 1 hour) Second: Interview with another Technical Director from U.S. which touched base with different areas Solution Architects´ day to day work. Third and final interview was a case presentation about a similar previous project worked on. There were 4 panelists asking questions regarding the presented case. After these 3 rounds, HR scheduled a meeting to discuss the pre offer.

The recruiter approached through LinkedIn. I shared my resume and we spoke over the phon. This was very good discussion where he explained me about the roles, what they are looking for and shared the JD with me. I also explained about the interview process and asked my availability for the interview. First round - scheduled within 2-3 days and the interviewer was too good, technically very sound. He asked me a lot of questions covering all the area of SDLC including core concepts of programming languages, java, frontend, cloud, best practices, desing patterns, microservices. Received timely feedback and then scheduled the next round within next 4-5 days L2 - two panelists: both were having around ~20 years experience into industry. This round didn't go well for me, I mis-sensed their questions and rational behind the questions and shallowly addressed the scenarios/questions. Result: Interview ended in ~40 mins or less, Feedback: Negative.
