One of the things that I immediately note from the recruitment process it's the human attention in this little details since the initial call. And that was great, my recruiter and the rest of the calls with the internal employees was nice, gentle, dedicated to feel me like a good chance to take, it doesn't matter if the company is bigger, with recognition, or not. That was an interesting factor that I see in my process, all my questions, doubts, ideas in my head that I share was attended, and my challenge was practical without stressed moments.

The process was well-organized, kind, quick, and straight to the point. The interview consisted of three video calls with different team members, all clearly connected and aligned. It’s important to show that you’re an attentive listener and genuinely interested in the company — that you’re truly engaged in the process.
