The Interview Process was: in total 4 interviews, 1st on is with RRHH, second on is with DM Director, 3rd one with CS VP, the last on is Case Study Interview like panel interview.

The most difficult interview is the Case Study, where I had to work on a real case and present it to the Backbase.
The interview proccess was really good. The only comment is that the business case shared for the final interview was wrong, causing few missunderstandings with the panel, but at the end went well

I found the interview process clear and fair. I appreciated the flexibility the interviewers had to accommodate my times for the interviews (including some rescheduling). Everyone was friendly and professional .The case presentation was relevant to the job and in advance of it was a short chat to answer questions I had about it. Overall a pleasant experience.

The scenario stage was to present to a mock customer a potential plan for a pending implementation. Some background information was provided with information that can be included (or held back) in the presentation.
