J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Backbase (Amsterdam) en avr. 2021
Entretien
I applied online and the process took 5 weeks. The process started with a small talk about knowing each other. After that, the process continued with a technical assignment and interview on this assignment. Finally, I met with a manager for talking about a few topics such as the development process and communication.
Overall, the process was smooth. The recruiter was kind and helpful, also the engineers are the same.

It was a good experience! The whole process took around 7 weeks from the day I applied until my final interview and the offer. It first starts with a recruiter call where you both do introductions, get to know more about each other, the company, the role, the process and basically anything else you have on mind. After this call, you get a task which you have to finish and submit within a week. If you pass through the task, you go to a technical interview (usually with 2 Engineers). The next and final step is a "DNA Interview" where you get to meet the team (in my case it was a Development Director, a Product Owner and a Lead Principal Mobile Engineer) and have some technical and non-technical discussions.
