The process length was average, consisting of HR screening and three rounds of interviews: Hiring Manager Interview, Technical Interview with the team, and technical/architectural case study.
The last two rounds were very challenging in terms of depth and complexity, overall requiring preparation and well thought-out analysis. So even though there were not as many meetings, the process itself took me about 15 hours. The interviewers were friendly and highly proffessional, aside from one of two engineers dialling in for the technical interview from his phone and having a terrible reception.
