Interview with the group leader. The leader (over)-explained the role and company and department's structure. There was less questioning me about the fit and more of them giving me a presentation on what they do.

Application Review: Your application will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the position qualifications. If your profile meets our criteria, we will reach out to you to schedule a first-round screening. Online Interview: Upon successful completion of first-round screening, we will arrange a video interview. This will provide you with the opportunity to meet your direct supervisor and learn more about the position. Personal Interview: If the video interview is successful, we will proceed to schedule an onsite interview. This next step will allow you to meet our team in person, explore our campus, and gain a deeper understanding of our work environment and culture. Offer: Should the onsite interview have a favorable outcome, your recruiter will contact you to discuss an offer of employment. Onboarding Support: Once you have returned your signed offer letter our Bachem HR team will assist you with the final steps and provide support during your onboarding process.
