I recently had a multi-stage interview at Buyogo(solvei8), covering DSA, JS, system architecture, and HR. While the initial rounds were good, the later stages revealed serious communication flaws.
In the system architecture round, the interviewer failed to provide clear instructions or examples, especially for the HTML integration task. When I asked for a sample method to better understand, the interviewer abruptly ended the call, leaving me with no feedback or closure.
This experience, particularly the unprofessional end to the interview, was not only frustrating but also eye-opening about the company's interview and communication standards. Prospective candidates should be aware of these issues. An interview process reflects a company's work culture, and this experience was sadly telling.
