During what was supposed to be be final interview with the owners/leaders of the organization they asked me interview questions for an alternative position off the cuff with no job description. The recruiter who initially reached out to me and was kind enough to do a debrief, actually told me that I should have declined to respond and focus on the job description I had, even if the request did come from the c-suite level owners.
