J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BT Group (Hatfield, East of England, England) en févr. 2020
Entretien
The overall process took 5 months. The interview process starts with a general online questionnaire and general about you CV style form.
This is then followed by a aptitude test that will ask a series of times multiple choice questions to test your reasoning, maths and logic skills.
The next stage is the video interview.
There is around 10 questions.
I would recommend doing some research on the company before this to help relate it to the program you’re applying for
The final stage was an assessment day.
This stage is very intense. It was around 6 hours long and was in their head office in Hatfield. There were no breaks other than a very quick lunch. There were 11 of us on the day. There were two 1:1 interviews, a group activity and a on the spot 1:1 impromptu presentation on a given subject with a manager.
They told us we’d definitely get an decision within 2 day to a week, a week being the latest, but even after a week I’d still heard nothing, and after a few emails I got a reply saying they’d not had the outcome yet, which was disappointing as it meant we were left waiting around for an answer.
The assessment day also focused very little on BT and a company, which meant to hints and tips email they sent us beforehand was a bit misleading as it prompted us to know all about the company as this is what they would ask about.
