The interview process was without doubt the most disorganized mess I have ever been a part of. I applied for a role in January, which I was subsequently interviewed for in late February. Interview was fairly straightforward, was advised it would be a one stage process. Did not receive a response due to a holiday in the team and was later told that the hiring process has been pushed back to April, with the schedule of another interview taking place. I was only informed of this due to phoning and emailing the recruitment team.
I was then invited to a second, informal interview, in April. Again, fairly straightforward, questions about the role and what I know about Ofcom. However, there was no communication whatsoever after, despite being told a decision would be reached by the end of the week. No feedback, poor communication really should not be expected from a telecommunications company.
