Entretien
There were four rounds. HR Round, a written test, the Operations Manager round, and finally the director round. Some had extempore too where random topics were given. The interview is basically there to judge your personality as well as your communication skills. In the written, they would test your grammar skills - tenses, preposition and articles. There's also an essay/letter to judge your construction of sentences. The interview and the written rounds are easy for candidates who have basic knowledge about English.
