Process was long and drawn out for only a 12 month contract.
After 3 interviews and good references obtained the result was a 'No', the said l/my style was not a good fit for the role. Myself and my recruitment consultant were dissatisfied with the reason for a 'No', we feel this decision could of been made earlier in the interview process, to avoid the time l had spent and my recruiter had spent in obtaining references (from the UK) and presenting them.
