Once you've submitted you CV, it will be reviewed by the HR manager then by the Development Manager. Once it passes the screening you will be contacted for an interview. The HR manager will interview you and give you an overview of the company. Then, you will be interviewed by the Development manager who will ask you some questions and accordingly, if your questions were okay, you will be asked to do an RGP test on a later date. The RGP test is basically a full-day work where you are given a business case which you are required to develop. Based on your answers during the interviews and the results of your RGP test you will either get a job offer or not.
